Account & Data Deletion
Cards of Heroes users can request deletion of their account and associated data at any time. Cards of Heroes is operated by JustDidIt Japan LLC.
How to request deletion
- Open the Cards of Heroes inquiry form using the button below.
- Enter the email address used for your Cards of Heroes account.
- In your message, write “Delete my Cards of Heroes account”. Include your user ID if available.
- Submit the form. We may contact you to verify that you own the account.

Data that will be deleted
- Your Cards of Heroes account and profile information.
- Account-linked game progress, preferences, and saved content.
- Other personal data associated with the account, unless retention is required for the reasons below.
Data that may be retained
We may retain limited records when required for legal, tax, accounting, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or security purposes. Data that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it can no longer identify you may also be retained.
Processing time
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period and will be removed through the normal backup lifecycle.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Cancel any active App Store or Google Play subscription separately through the store where you purchased it.
アカウントとデータの削除
Cards of Heroesのユーザーは、アカウントおよび関連データの削除をいつでも申請できます。Cards of HeroesはJustDidIt Japan合同会社が運営しています。
削除申請の手順
- 下のボタンからCards of Heroesのお問い合わせフォームを開きます。
- Cards of Heroesへの登録に使用したメールアドレスを入力します。
- お問い合わせ内容に「Cards of Heroesのアカウント削除希望」と記載します。確認できる場合はユーザーIDも記載してください。
- フォームを送信します。アカウント所有者の確認のため、当社から連絡する場合があります。

削除されるデータ
- Cards of Heroesのアカウントおよびプロフィール情報
- アカウントに紐づくゲーム進行状況、設定、保存コンテンツ
- 下記の保持理由に該当しない、アカウントに関連するその他の個人データ
保持される場合があるデータ
法令、税務、会計、決済、不正防止、紛争対応またはセキュリティ上必要な場合、限定的な記録を保持することがあります。個人を識別できないよう集計または匿名化されたデータを保持する場合もあります。
処理期間
本人確認が完了した削除申請は、原則として30日以内の完了を目指します。暗号化されたバックアップに残るデータは、通常のバックアップ更新サイクルに従って削除されます。
アカウント削除は取り消せません。App StoreまたはGoogle Playのsubscriptionが有効な場合は、購入したstoreで別途解約してください。
